Thicker wide-wale material works perfectly for thick coats and furniture covers, while its delicate texture and supple stretch make this lightweight option well-suited for blouses, dresses, thin outer layers and kids' clothing.

A2: Fine rib poly corduroy normally requires a minimum run of 800 meters per single color as our baseline order volume. We fully get that emerging labels and new fashion lines often need smaller yardage for trial runs or limited capsule lines. For certain solid shade selections, we have a flexible low-minimum program starting at just 100 meters. A3: Absolutely. We provide physical color cards and swatch books for our entire fabric range. The physical card shows the true color, texture, and pile direction, which is much more accurate than on-screen displays. We can ship the color card to you within 24 hours via DHL/FedEx. A4: This thin rib corduroy is mainly made to make clothes and light finished goods, not tough furniture coverings. Its slim, soft ridges give it a comfy, flexible feel great for wearing, yet it can't stand up to constant rubbing nearly as well as thicker wide rib corduroy.

If you're reupholstering furniture that gets frequent use, go with our wide rib or heavyweight corduroy lines instead. That said, it works wonderfully for small decorative home items like throw pillows, sheer light curtains, as well as daily accessories including handbags and hats.

Flip the garment inside out before laundering to cut down abrasion to the raised pile. Steer clear of bleach and fabric conditioners-these additives can damage the polyester blend fibers over time. You can either tumble dry on mild heat or hang the pieces up to air dry naturally. Our polyester corduroy material is engineered to resist creases, so ironing will rarely be needed. If smoothing out minor wrinkles becomes necessary, only iron the reverse side with a cool-temperature iron.
