Technical Support

Q: How to determine fabric abrasion resistance?

A: We use the Martindale abrasion test. For home decoration, 20,000+ rubs is recommended; for high-end commercial use, 40,000+ rubs is suggested.
Q: What about color fastness?

A: All fabrics pass lightfastness tests (ISO 105 B02). To prolong color life, avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Q: Is flame-retardant treatment available?

A: Yes, flame-retardant finishing is available upon request, meeting household and selected commercial standards (e.g., BS 5852).
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Stock colors are available from just 1 meter for sampling. Custom production usually starts at 500–1000 meters per color, with flexible volumes for long-term partners.
Q: What are your lead times for sampling and bulk?

A: Lab dips and samples take about 7–10 days; bulk production runs 15–25 days after sample approval. We ship via your nominated forwarder with full export documents.
