      Under the same weight and yarn count conditions, nylon-cotton Roman fabric is more breathable and comfortable than polyester-cotton Roman fabric. Nylon-cotton Roman fabric is generally made of cotton, nylon, and spandex. Cotton absorbs sweat well, so sweat is not easily trapped on the body; polyester-cotton Roman fabric is made of polyester, which absorbs little water, so sweat tends to clump on the surface of the fabric, making it prone to clinginess and static electricity in hot and humid weather.
Cotton-nylon Roman fabric is skin-friendly and has a good draping effect, suitable for making dresses, suits, and close-fitting pants. Its disadvantage is that the price is relatively high, and color fastness and shrinkage are relatively difficult to control. Polyester-cotton Roman fabric has a high cost-performance ratio, good wrinkle resistance and easy care, and is less prone to horizontal color difference, making it more suitable for spring and autumn outerwear, school uniforms, and the like.
Of course, this is not absolute. High-density and thick brocade cotton can still be stuffy, while loosely structured and thin polyester cotton can enhance breathability. When taking samples, focus on the weight and tightness of the fabric.
